The Luzerne Schuylkill Workforce Investment Board provides summer employment opportunities where job skills can be developed and careers can be explored. Standing contracts exist with Title 1 providers to service youth programs, youth positions have been advertised, assessments will be preformed, placement will be made, and work readiness measured.
